Adjustments are corrections of misalignments of vertebrae in the spine. The objective of this movement to realign vertebrae is to remove stress on the nervous system. Our spines can become misaliged for a number of reasons ranging from normal daily activities to traumas such as a car accidents, sports injuries, gym injuries, injuries from lifting heavy objects, etc.
These misalignments are called subluxation, and they have an overall negative systemic effect on the central nervous system. Without proper alignmentwe can't function at our peak.
Adjustments are an excellent way to keep the body functioning at its highest level. When the body is in alignment, the body is able to respond and perform and heal as it was designed to.
